Due to his long-term consulting and representation activities for various hospitals, retirement and nursing homes, orders, public entities and companies, Dr. Graziani-Weiss has become a reliable partner in these areas. Such widespread legal activities require a synopsis of multiple legal fields based on the guideline of European law.
For many times, Dr. Graziani-Weiss has been able to change the Austrian legal landscape through ground-breaking judgements of the European Court of Justice such as compensation for loss of holiday enjoyment, market needs assessments for hospitals or elimination of import bans on blood products.
Personal support and assistance acts as the basis for successful and long-term partnerships with the clients covering all related issues, in or out of court. This also includes bringing in further experts of the law office team.
Dr. Wolfgang Graziani-Weiss, born in 1963, studied law with doctorate degree at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz from 1981 to 1987. During that time, he spend a study period at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
In 1989 he started his legal career as a trainee lawyer at Prof. Haslinger & Partner.
After passing his bar exam “with distinction” in 1992, Dr. Graziani-Weiss began his activities as lawyer and partner in 1993.
